...1...
RESEARCH
|
Establishing
background and current situation
in order to craft a creative blueprint. Compile
all
information pertaining to client (existing marketing
materials, product marketing plan, past research,
etc.); review competitors' marketing efforts, and
interview client to establish the project goals and objectives.
|
|
...2...
INVESTIGATION
|
After analyzing
the problem, we map out potential creative solutions.
Draw upon our experience and inspirations to come upwith a broad range of concepts.
|
|
...3...
DEVELOPMENT
|
Taking
the most promising concepts and developing them further. At this point, client feedback is essential to confirm that we have accurately interpreted their initial input. Several
of the concepts will resonate with the client
as "on the mark." We continue this process
until one concept is the clear choice.
|
|
...4...
IMPLEMENTATION
|
Completion of the project as agreed upon.
Ensuring
that the quality of the crafsmanship is
implemented throughout the final production step
is as important as the initial creative steps.
|
|
...5...
FOLLOW THROUGH
|
After
the project is completed, we conduct a
'project wrap' interview with the client to make sure
that the project has met the stated goals. This is
often a brainstorming session in which ideas for
Phase II projects are generated.
